Alright understood. Issue is when I click check update it doesn't install the update just notifies me of a new version. Do I need to download the new version and install and overwrite the existing Uninstall Tool? or do I need to uninstall the old version and install the new version?

Does this Uninstaller have a active monitoring process such as a service to monitor changes a software undergoes? Also how do I install & trace a program that requires reboot? Does the tracing continue after reboot or do I need to 1st complete the tracing then reboot? Once I have the questions a...
