Okay. NOT a bug of Uninstall Tool. Still a fix would be awesome for those who has never met such behavior before.

Launch wrong file on certain circumstances?
Lets say there are 2 files in one folder called X.exe and X (1).exe where "X" means any name. In this case if you try to Install 2nd file with right click>Install with Monitor Installation for some reason Uninstall Tool is lauching different file (X.exe).

Removal any Intel software - removal of complete Intel key
My laptop has Intel USB 3.0 drivers, Intel Graphics drivers, IRST, Wi-FI, Bluetooth, XTU and many other drivers and utilities made by Intel. But each time it searches for remained files of one of them when I uninstall it it asks me to delete WHOLE BUNCH of registry strings anyhow connected to Intel....
