Hi Steven, yosiot , Thanks for this report. The problem is similar (same) to this , MFC uses exclusive access to update S.M.A.R.T. temperatures. I'm going to fix this issue soon in 1.0.2 I was thinking two problems shares common behaviour of MFC in accessing to get S.M.A.R.T. data. I am looking forw...

I am using Mac min late 2012 running under OS X 10.8.3. Before I started Macs Fan Control 1.0.1, Disk Utility's report was "S.M.A.R.T. Status : Verified". But after I started it, the content of the report suddenly changed into "S.M.A.R.T. Status : Not Supported". Then, after exit...
