It's all correct as far as I can tell but it still insists that it is an unregistered version.

Correct location of licence.dat for portable version
I have the portable version with the licence.dat in the same folder as uninstalltool.exe however it still claims to be an unregistered version.
The licence.dat file is in the correct format.

Uninstall Tool on machine with multiple accounts
PC with multiple accounts and all users using the same software.
Uninstall tool will only delete the appdata folders etc for the current user that is uninstalling the software which leaves orphaned files and folders in the other user accounts.
Is there any way to prevent this?
