I check the file with "Unlocker 1.83" program, and it shows no running process using it...

I' m a bit reluctant sending this file as it contains sensitive data...

Anyway, when I try to open it with Notepad, I got a warning "Access is denied"

Despite the 2.0.8 version, it's still not possible to optimize Firefox...

I'm running Vista 32.
