Any other tips or suggestions? The noise is crazy loud and I don't care about the Optical disk fan being on or off.

ODD speed won't change 4400 rpms
My ODD fan speed is running at 4400 RPMs and I can't make it slow down when adjusting the slider. What can I do? It is freaking noisey
