The problem is that you're using capital letter P in /Profile.

Update: 2.9.7 Build 5117 - fixed random crash on Startup pane (cased by buffer overflow).

The best thing is
1. Tell the program uninstaller to "Restart Later"
2. Run Uninstall Wizard and remove all the found stuff.
3. Restart PC manually.
