Uninstall and trace not working

I just installed the Unistall Tool 3.4.4 and successfully registered the product. When I attempt to "Install and trace", I get the following message: "Cannot open the CisUtMonitor service. Please reinstall the program".

I must be missing something, since the program appears to run without the normal installation process.

Have you registered the Portable license with license.dat file as described below?

Please read my initial post carefully.

License.dat is properly configured and stored as directed.

The ZIP file does not provide an installation program.

The file "CisUtMonitor.inf" is not read by any program.
"CisUtMonitor.sys" is not stored in my "c:\windows\system32\drivers" folder.
And that file is not properly registered.

It would appear that your download ZIP file is incomplete.

Once the app is activated with "license.dat", "Install and Trace" will install the driver automatically after you press the 'Install and Trace' button.

OK, we're back to my original post.

Clicking "Install and trace" does not install the driver.
I get the following dialog message: "Cannot open the CisUtMonitor service. Please reinstall the program."

I've checked the folder "C:\Windows\System32\drivers" and CisUtMonitor.sys does not exist there.

I've tried to manually copy both driver version supplied in the ZIP package to the above folder and I still get the above "Cannot open..." message.

I also don't see any evidence that the registry has been updated.

Finally, note that I'm running on the most recent version of Windows 10.
