How to get this 50% off during purchase/upgrade

Hi,
I'm entering my e-mail to coupon field but it keeps telling me that my e-mail " is not a valid coupon." I bought Uninstaller back in 2008 through BlueSnap website. It's still even viewable on their website as my order. E-mail is definitely correct. What should I do?
