Without having recently installed applications, I see regulary ten to twelve highlighting applications in the list.

If you quit the app and start Uninstall Tool again this highlighted apps should disappear.
You could also try our development version, probably this problem is already fixed there:

Looks like we fixed it in Uninstall Tool 3.5.2 beta:

Do you have Windows 10 ?

I reproduced this "bug", it's actually caused by incorrect behavior of Windows 10 (it changed dates of uninstall registry keys from time to time). So it should be fine now in 3.5.2 beta.
