uninstall other programs

29 Jan 2010, 00:37

I am running Windows 7 64bit. I moved a bunch of programs from Windows XP used a program call PC Mover. Almost everything went okay. I'm trying to use uninstall tool to remove some of the junk that got transferred. The programs I want to remove are not on the add/remove list or uninstall tool list. I can see the program in one of the folders that got transfered. I can double click the icon and those programs run. I want to remove them but not sure how to get to them. Any help would be appreciatedl - Chuck

Dear sir,

Uninstall Tool removes only software in the program list.
Those programs you have you should remove manually by removing their folders.

Dear sir,

Some settings of the software can be left in registry.
But good portable software (without installation) always use files to store settings.
