will not remove Bonjour or itunes

when i down load new version of itunes and bonjour it tells me that still have to remove old version.when i check my programs their both back on there. i have tried both regular uninstall and force uninstall. could you help me? the message i get is (the feature you are trying to use is on a network resourse that is unavailable)

Are itunes or bonjour listed in Uninstall Tool program list? Please also check under "System" category.

No their not,both are still in control panel add and remove programs.when i remove them and come back to check their back on add and remove programs on my system.

Can you try removing them with MSI clean up utility?
