Portable product capabilities??

I have downloaded and been trying the trial version of Uninstall. When I tried to do "something" it told me that the trial version wouldn't do it, but that the purchased version would.

I'm considering the portable version, and am wondering now if the purchased portable version performs all of the functions? Or is it also going to limit the programs ability?

I believe it had something to do with the registry, but unfortunately I don't remember exactly what it was.

Any help would be appreciated...
