CPU fan doesn't follow the MFC instruction

Post by Vincent »

Hi,

I use a early 2009 iMac on El Capitan and I recently changed the HDD for a SSD. I installed MFC to control the fan. It worked well during few days.

But, now the CPU fan is now running at 4000RPM while the instruction is 1600!

Do you have an idea ?

I did. In completely uninstalled MFC. I reboot the iMac and then reinstalled MFC. CPU fan is still at 4004 although set at 1200.
