Something is wrong - min/max values are equal

I have read a previous users post on this, and, tried the SMC reset with no avail. The spindle HDD was replaced with an SSD about a year ago, and, I was using another software to control the HDD and ODD fans, and, I was not satisfied with how their software functioned.

Completely uninstall the previous software - it changed the min value. Then reset SMC again.
