Fan speed in sleep mode with new version 1.4.5

Ive updated the download supplied today at 1759 and still not fixed. Can I roll back to 1.4.4 please as getting v frustrating.

Make sure to run the latest 1.4.7:

1. Please enable log in preferences/diagnostics
2. Restart the app, make sure it's running
3. Restart (or shutdown) the mac, login again, and post here the .log file from your desktop.

I cannot attach the log as file too large. Ive updated to 1.4.7 but still not fixed the fan just speeds up when Mac goes into rest

facric , according to the log, you have both 1.4.6 and 1.4.7 versions installed. Please remove 1.4.6

Better. Fan still maxes on app exit. 1.4.4 doesn't do this.

But it is at a state I am happy to use now.

This is a feature. We think that when a person quits Macs Fan Control, he doesn't want to allow it control your fans, so it restores system control in this case, it's logically correct.
And yes, it's implemented in the latest version and unlikely to be changed in future.
