more smc layer error

I have four 2012 macMinis all imaged the same, Windows 64b running in Bootcamp. No OS X at all. Three of them exhibit the SMC Layer error that once closed you are then able to start MFC without issue. The fourth just works. I've done a SMC reset and PRAM reset, according to Apple instructions, and still get the error. I've installed the alternative inpout32.dll I saw in one of the posts here and attempted various batch file with delays. These seem to trigger MFC to self check the box that says to load minimized at start up which then triggers the SMC Layer error message. Is there something in the registry that I can disable permanently? Stumped
