Reg code failed

Brand new customer ~
NOT a user yet because the code sent after I paid does NOT work after repeated restarts and retries.
So far this doesn't look like something I would trust on my system.
I they can't get a simple access code to work, what credibility do they have for any other programming???
Anybody else have this problem?
Should I cancel the transaction and look elsewhere?

Yes, I did get reply with a new code ~

Result was same. Code failed. I remain unable to use the product.

That took six hours.

I've bought hundreds of software programs. Rarely has the developer been unable to provide a working access code. This seems like a simple matter.

Why is this such a problem?
