I cant play the Iso i downloaded

So i have just installed AnyToISO and have purchased Pro on it. I wanted to convert an Final Fantasy X game file to an ISO but when i start it up it says insert Playstion or Playstation 2 disc. What does that mean do i have to purchase the game and then launch the game or what. Im am new to this so sorry for the newby question.
