Cannot convert BIN to ISO

Good day.
I've download file Myst.img_.bin from here http://macintoshgarden.org/games/myst, and try to convert .bin to .iso (for use with Daemon Tools Lite). But there is a problem.
AnyToIso star to analyse source file, and after that nothing happens.

I've waiting about 30 min, but no progress. Where is the problem?
