Cannot unlock

Hi
I have purchased pro mobile version and received unlock codes but when entered I get prompted to restart which I do and program still comes up in Lite mode.
I have downloaded mobile version and setup licence.dat file as instructed but same happens.
Have emailed support on Friday no response. I re-sent the email yesterday with read receipt. still no response.
Order reference is CRY171026-6981-80130
