Boot Image for ISO?

I have been backing up my CD/DVD media. All was well until I wanted to backup a bootable CD. Data is good but no boot image. Although bootability is not imperative, I would like to know how to do this for rescue purposes.

The Make ISO feature creates an ISO from a optical disk with keeping boot information inside. I'll add this info to the page, thank you!
