I'm at my Mac for many hours of the day and night doing online research for projects that I'm working on.
I'm running FF8; During my many hours of FF use, FF slows to a crawl about 10 or 12 times( FF just churns and churns and churns trying to connect and requires that I use SpeedyFox to speed things up.
My question is this: why does FF go slow so often? I haven't experienced such a tendency with any other browser.

We believe it's an architectural defect - when using FF a lot its databases become working slowly. But it appears far not on every machine.
