Profile selection (incorrect drawing with themes turned off)

Dear Sirs,

I can´t see the selection of any profile and therefore I don´t know, which one is selected. See screenshot below.
I tried running the program with and without adminrights. MS-Programcompatiblity says "speedyfox is incompatible".
My System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit, Service Pack 1
