SpeedyFox has command line (see menu Help), you can add a new startup item with that command line for example with Uninstall Tool

Optimize default Firefox profile. The one that appears in the profile list when you open SpeedyFox window.

1. Right-click your SpeedyFox shortcut, then in the pop-up menu that appears, click Properties.

2. Add this to the text in the "Target:" box (preceded by a space, to separate it from the existing text):

/default_profile

3. Click OK.

Now, when you run your shortcut, SpeedyFox skips opening its window and automatically defrags your default FF profile.

Steven: Thanks for adding the option to run FF after the defrag. Nice!

Cheers, Ander
