iMac 2001 CPU FAN STILL noisy at minimum allowed speed

First of all, i just love this app, i works perfectly, but in my iMac (a 2011 27" Model Identifier: iMac12,2) in witch i installed a SSD in the second SATA port, it still makes a lot of noise (less than before but noisy je je) looking in other forums i managed to see that the CPU fan in other iMac usually runs at a 1000RPM, but the Macs Fan Control wont let me put it in slower speed than 3486RPM

Hope someone has solution, thanks in advance! (and sorry for the bad english je je, is my second language)

What is the minimum speed of CPU fan?

The minimum allowed speed is 3486RPM, (don't know why, but the system marks error wen i tried to upload a screen shot)

It's Solved! after several reboots the minim speed kept dialling down, so now the min speed can be set at 1195RPM, i'm noise free!!!!

The minimum allowed speed is 3486RPM

This could be caused by some other fan controlling software
