Attempting to convert a 7z file to ISO.

So (obviously) I've downloaded a file that happened to be 7z. And when I tried extracting it to iso using the 'Lite' version I was able to get it to the Source image/archive file part of the process but I kept getting red error messages Invalid Password Specified and Extraction Operation Failed. I am fairly new to this process and wondering what to do here. Thanks in advanced!
