New User, Need recommended settings

Recently I've updated my old 2010 iMac with a SSD and replaced the video card with the card from the 2011 version. The card is a AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2048 MB and runs a hell of a lot hotter than my previous card. When running anything that uses a lot of video the temperature goes up to a whomping 70-80°C. I need to get this down but I can't seem to get MFC to make the fans go faster. If this was my old card it would be running at 40°C. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
