MFC freezes when Macbook is running on battery
Today, when I turn on my laptop, the value of MFC show on the menu bar changes every 1s, but after i use about 5 minutes, this freeze at 50 C and 1303 rmp and not change.
When I change the Mode from Auto mode to the other and return the Auto mode, every thing's ok.

This is said to hear. Can you record a video illustrating the issue?
Which sensor is displayed in menubar? Did you try to change it?

Re: Mac Fan Contorl on my Macbook is freeze
Before I make video, I have checked it on Windows8 with MFC, I have also installed the other software name Specy to show temperature and fanspeed, it reads only not control anything. Some seconds after boot, the value on MFC and Specy is syncly, after about 10s, the MFC is freeze, value do not change while the temperature change on CPU show via Specy.
So I make video for you check it.
First I boot to the Mac OS X and the issue happen like the video.
Then I boot to Windows 8.1 to make the second video, this issue not happen @@ oh my god
So I boot to MAc Os again, the same issue and now it still happen on MacOS.
When I plug the power adapter, this issue disapears. It only in Mac OS

Try resetting the smc controller:
1)Shut down the computer.
2)Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
3)On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
4)Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
5)Press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC.

This is a very strange issue. Never heard of anything like that before.
Can you check system log, maybe something is there indicating the problem?
Applications -> Utilities -> Console

Re: Mac Fan Contorl on my Macbook is freeze
After I uninstall MFC and reset SMC on Mac (follow some people on Apple discusstion), this ERROR about SMC has gone.
I check it on window 8, MFC still freeze and make the Fanspeed in exactly one value ( Speccy and MFC both show that, but Speccy show the temperature changing, MFC not). I'm uploading the video on Window 8.
MFC just freeze until about 70 degree CPU

So it freezes on Windows as well when running on batteries?
Lots SMC errors in log indicate some problem with SMC kernel (I think)
Can you try this app to exclude problem with Macs Fan Control?
