MBP late2008 15" bootcamp win7 no left fan is working

Hi,


I am using bootcamp win7 on MBPlate2008 15"-
Its getting hot so I downloaded Macs Fan Control 1.3.0
I found my right fan shows 6200 RPM, yet left fan shows 0 RPM.
Is this my MBP's fan broken or I initiated wrong set up?
I also can't change any values on MFC1.3.0
someone help me out here...

Yes the fan seems to be broken
