MacsFanControl crashes on Windows 7

MacsFanControl crashes on Windows 7
Since the last update I've had a problem with Macs Fan Control v1.4.2 not starting Windows 7 either automatically, or manually or even after uninstalling restarting Windows 7 and reinstalling the software.
Macs Fan Control starts fine under Mac OS X 10.11.5 on my Macmini7,1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
AWilson

Re: MacsFanControl will not start Windows 7
I just tried the "tjMaxTest_win.exe" and I got the following:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4578U CPU @ 3.00GHz
Macmini7,1
Error init InitOpenLibSys, return code
I wanted to see what I would get.

1. Do you see any error message?
2. Try to launch the app with /log command line parameter. It will create a MacsFanControl.log file

Re: MacsFanControl will not start Windows 7
I want to say version 1.4.
Now that I think about this its been since version 1.4.1 I've had this problem start. But it would work 50% of the time. Now with the newest version installed 0% of the time.
Do you want me to try version 1.4 again?

I installed the "dev" install and got an error from Windows, I wasn't able to get a screen shot of it but I did check the Windows Event Viewer and this is the output: (there are 2 entries)

Re: MacsFanControl will not start Windows 7
Well I just tried to start the app with the "/log" switch from the Run dialog, and it started with no errors.
I ran the app for a few minutes and got a log file.
Let me know if I need to run the app for longer, I'm trying a restart of my mac now.

Re: MacsFanControl will not start Windows 7
Okay, restarted my Mac.
1 - Macs Fan Control did not automatically start, I had to start the app by double clicking on icon on my desktop.
2 - When app started, I got no error messages or Windows error messages.
3 - When app started the Macs Fan Control window appeared
4 - The setting I picked before restart stayed.
Let me know if you need me to do any additional testing.

so the dev version works for you but doesn't start automatically?
and the current version crashes. Right?

I think that this build should start on Windows restart (bug uncheck and check again this option in preferences):

Re: MacsFanControl will not start Windows 7
Sorry for the delay. I downloaded and installed this "...dev_2.exe" install. The install completed and it asked I wanted to start Mac Fan Control. The app started with no error messages.
When I restarted my Mac in Windows 7 I got the following error: see attachment "MFC-UnhandledException_1.4.3_61-2015-05-26.png"
I'm also including the ".log" file (had to zip the file, posting the 1.05MB file to the forum gave an error) and ".dmp" file (had to zip the file, same reason as the log file), see attachments.
Is there something else I can try?

I uninstalled the old version of MFC and installed this version and I got the following error message (see screenshot: "MFC-UnhandledException_1.4.3.272_6.1_2016-5-27_19.13.5_dmp.png"). I have also included the ".dmp" file, I've zipped it up.
