Hi,
We have a mediaplayer that plays dvd's from our NAS. On the NAs we have a folder with a MDF-file (and MDS).
We tried to convert this MDF file to ISO.
Result:
21:16:19 - Scanning source directory ...
21:16:19 - Directory size is 6,64 MB
21:16:19 - Writing ISO file ...
21:16:20 - File "xxxxx.mdf" is bigger than 4 GB and will not be visible in ISO 9660 file system.
21:54:08 - Operation completed
21:54:08 - Click here to open the output ISO file in Explorer
When we look on the NAS with the computer we see in the folder "Disc Image File" and no ISO-file. If we try to open this file Express Zip starts.
When we look on the NAS with the mediaplayer we see a "xxxx.iso" file, but we cannot play it with the mediaplayer: "Playlist is empty".
What are we doing wrong?
Greetings

Tammy
Please try copying the folder from NAS to a local folder.

Re: Folder to ISO: MDF to ISO
Hi,
This is not the solution, we cannot use the mediaplayer with a local folder.
But we used: File extract/convert to ISO (instead of folder) and ... it works!!
Thx
