At the moment uppon run speedyfox created preferences.xml in APPDATA.
On most apps if we move preferences.xml to .exe folder, application will read stuff from it and will not create new preferences.xml in APPDATA again like speedyfox does.
In my opinion this behavior should be fixed, so preferences.xml are not created again even thou we already have 'em in .exe dir.
Thanks in advance.

This behavior will not be changed, because the .xml contains absolute paths to profiles (including custom).

Re: Portability.
Who would I need to speak to to recieve permission to repackage this program into a PortableApps.com format? I am a developer for applications on their site and would love to get the permission to offer this great app. Especially given that the portable versions of Firefox as well as Thunderbird our flagship programs of the site.
