Dear forum,

I have purchased Uninstall Tool 3.2.2 and I try to use "Install and trace".
I only get the message
"Cannot open the CisUtMonitor service. Please reinstall the program"

- I'm running as an admin user.
- I try with Win 7 and Win XP, both have the same error.
- There's no possibility to reinstall, because the program starts immediately without (visible) installation routine.
- I restarted Windows

Hi,

For portable version: registration data should be saved to the text file "license.dat" which should be placed into the program folder. The data should be of the following format:
The first line - registration name
The second line - registration code
Example:
John Smith
KGT4-YGRT-GHTR-7G31
