Hi DPI support on Windows (Broken GUI)

With 200% DPI the GUI of Macs Fan Control 1.2 is completely broken.

The previous version worked fine.

Please fix.

PS. Actually the previous version didn't contain any hi-dpi optimizations.

I just want to report that this fixes it - works great on my Mid-2014 MBP.

Excellent Steven, it works great here as well:

The small checkboxes above seem to be an issue across Windows 7 so don't worry too much about them.
