Macs Fan Control switches Spaces

Whenever I show Macs Fan Control, it opens the window in the space it was last opened in. I believe the normal behavior should be to open inside the space I'm in, especially for a utility that's supposed to be used and dismissed quickly. It's quite annoying when you're doing some work in some space, open Macs Fan Control, thinking you'll quickly apply your changes and go back to work, only to find yourself in another space and have to go find the space you were working on. It's quite interruptive.

How to I reproduce this issue? Just have created several Desktops in Mission control, and checked that MFC opens on current desktop (not previous).

Looks like MFC is assigned to a particular Space, read more at:

Macs Fan Control has no dock icon for me to check if it is assigned to a particular space, but I don't think it is. Because it doesn't constantly open in one specific space but only remembers the one it was last opened in. Let's say I have two spaces open. I show Macs Fan Control in space #1 and then close it. Now if I go to space #2 and open Macs Fan Control, space #1 gets activated and Macs Fan Control opens there. Now if it would always open in space #1, I'd think maybe it was assigned to that space, but if I actually open Macs Fan Control, move its window to another space and close it while it's there. Next time, I open it, it will open in that last space and not space #1. Do you see what I mean?

Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Have two spaces open
2. Show MFC for the first time after login in either space
3. Close MFC
4. Switch to the other space
5. Show MFC
6. MFC will open in the space it was first opened in instead of the current one

By the way, this wasn't happening before the last upgrade.
