Mac Pro 3.1 incorrect, backwards sensor readings

First off, thank you for mac fan control! You guys rock!
Anyways, Im getting odd readings on my new rig, thought i would post here and see if i can provide any information to help you guys get it working

*EDITED* sorry guys, what i meant by backwards in the subject is, for example: as cpu temps rise, mac fan control reports them as cooler lol, then as the cpu cools mac fan control reports high temps.. So at idle, 63c(145.4f) is average, under load i see 32c(89.6f)... I hope that's a detailed enough explanation.

Absolutely sir, right now my cpu cores are reading 64c and 63c at idle in mac fan control
in Hardware monitor my readings are 26c and 26c

Ill put the system under load and let it go for a few minuites then post back with those readings..
so this is a base idle reading

I wish this was the case, but i will note, hardware monitor was launched after mac fan control, and mac fan control loads on boot, has no interruptions with the sensors this issue was in both previous versions and i have not seen any varied results reading the sensors using another program

I really doubt it can be true. Too low for CPU

My point is: is hardware monitor a 100% correct to trust? Do you have 4 CPUs? A B C D

Macs Fan Control reports here only T for CPU B mainly. Only CPU proximity stands for CPU A

Very true, im only going by hardware monitor as an example, im not sure the true temps : / thats why im here
its a single processor 2.8ghz quad core intel xeon, no second cpu. maybe that's my issue. not many of the single cpu mac pros around?

Is there anything els i can provide you that could maybe make more sense of this situation?

Yes. I'd be glad to see apple service diagnostic (when it tests sensors) photo. When it tests sensors, that would be a real help..
