I am a licensed user of the Uninstall Tool. A new update is available. Do I have to pay for updates or is the update part of ongoing product quality maintenance?

All updates excluding major version updates are free. Major updates (e.g. update from 2.x versions to 3.x) can be obtained with 50% discount.
You purchased Uninstall Tool 3.x in November 2013 (Uninstall Tool 3.3.2), thus the latest version (3.3.4) is free of charge.
