Is it possible to run a trace on an uninstall? Just like "Install and trace with Install Tracker..." when installing.

Yes, absolutely.

Uninstall Wizard has an option to save log after uninstallation.

PS. Sorry for late reply. Didn't notice this thread.

I cannot figure out where is the option to save the uninstall log. Could you please provide steps / screenshots?

After the default uninstaller has finished its job (or in Force Removal mode), Uninstall Wizard will clean leftovers:

after that one is able to view/save the log (after click on "Removal Log")
