remove MacsFanControl from
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Please check again that this key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
doesn't contain MacsFanControl
