Suddenly stopped working, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times..

I double click on the app, get a 1 second pause, then nothing.

Any ideas?

Try to clean up its preferences:

killall MacsFanControl
rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.crystalidea.macsfancontrol.plist
killall -u `id -u -n` cfprefsd
