Hello,

i was running mfc 1.2.1 on windows 8.1 ( Bootcamp on macbook pro 15 ), since i was facing some issue with 1.2.1 version like the app window not showing. i wanted to install the 1.3 version, but each time i get this error right after launching the installer "Unsupported hardware detected. the program is able to run on apple hardware only. please contact our support staff fo assistance."

is there a generated log file or something that i can see to know what causes the error ?

thanks now it's installed without problem, but i still have an issue, when i start the app it's visible on taskbar but the window is not shown.

Right click (or double click) on the app icon in the task bar (windows tray)

thanks for the answer, but ofcourse i did the double click and right click -> show main window, and each time see only the icon.

i attached a screenshot to see the issue, i wan't to mention that i can see settings and update window.
