Just set auto to all the fans

Isn't 'auto' the default Mac Pro settings?
On a 37.7C / 100F day where should the Custom > Sensor-based value > Ambient be set to?!
How does one set the 'temerature that fan speed wills start to increase from' and 'maximum temerature' settings.
