Launch wrong file on certain circumstances?

Lets say there are 2 files in one folder called X.exe and X (1).exe where "X" means any name. In this case if you try to Install 2nd file with right click>Install with Monitor Installation for some reason Uninstall Tool is lauching different file (X.exe).

It's NOT a bug of Uninstall Tool. Windows does it.
Press Win+R, enter D:\Dropbox\Work\Tools\7-Zip\7zFM (1).exe
and Windows will launch D:\Dropbox\Work\Tools\7-Zip\7zFM.exe

Okay. NOT a bug of Uninstall Tool. Still a fix would be awesome for those who has never met such behavior before.
