After doing a "new" install of an application, I went thru the trace log and it completely missed files that were installed on my computer - these were basic files like *.bmp and *.wav being install in other directories.

Is this tool a scam?

- exactly the same app setup/download to reproduce the issue
- list of files/directories that were missing in the installation log
