MacMini running Win7 via Bootcamp.
Coming out of screensaver, Macs Fan Control is no longer visible in System Tray / Notification.
Launch Macs Fan Control from Start menu and select "Minimize"...icon still not in System Tray / Notification

Technical info claims to copy to clipboard, but nothing there.

I've just enabled screensaver, and the issue doesn't reproduce. Does it happen every time after coming out from screensaver?

No, the behavior does not happen every time I come off of screen saver.
Issues that have a seemingly simple description, but do not reproduce every time are really tough to narrow down. The fact that it does not happen every time I come off screensaver means that I have not got the full set of conditions that replicate the problem.

I'll keep watching and see if it happens after using a particular application.
