recommended settings

Hi everyone. I've been using this app for a while and I'm loving it. I did have a question however about sensor based settings. I have mine set for cpu core 1 on my macbook pro (retina early 2015) and I noticed the default settings seemed to change depending on what my core temperatures are at the time. What are recommended settings?

I guess by "default" i mean the min and max temperature settings that are automatically selected when I choose sensor based values. for example, if i select cpu core 1, a minimum of 40 and maximum of 50 is set

You shouldn't rely on them, they are set just for example.
