Feature Request: Allow Macs Fan Control Behind Other Windows

Macs Fan Control is a wonderful program.

In the current version of Macs Fan Control, the window is always on top, above all other application windows.

This request is to allow the Macs Fan Control window to move behind other application windows, the same behavior as most Mac applications. This allows a user to watch the temperature and current fan values in the Macs Fan Control window while still working on other applications. Otherwise, Macs Fan Control tends to block the view of other applications, including the currently active application.

Whether to force Macs Fan Control above all other windows could be a new preference setting if some users want to retain the old behavior.

Thank you for writing Macs Fan Control, and for considering my feature request.

The problem is that MFC doesn't have a dock icon. Making its window "non-always-on-top" can lead to loosing it along other windows

Hello Steven - Thank you for replying. I understand your concern.

Since there is always something in the menubar (icon, RPM, or temperature display), the user can always rely on the menubar icon or display to bring the window to the top by selecting "Show Macs Fan Control", even if you allow the Macs Fan control window to be hidden behind other windows.

Please reconsider my request. It would be nice to have a display of temperatures and fan speeds in a way that does not interfere with other work on the same Mac.

Again - Thank you for making this excellent tool.
