Only one sensor (hard drive) reporting

I used to use Macs Fan Control quite a bit in OS Mavericks, 10.9.5.
In the last 2 months, I have installed OS X El Capitan and Windows 10 on my Boot Camp partition.
Macs Fan Control works fine under Windows 10.
However, under El Capitan, Macs Fan Control 1.4.2 shows only my hard drive sensor, and shows 0 rpm for both fans. Here are the Diagnostics:
Macs Fan Control 1.4.2
MacBookPro9,1
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3615QM CPU @ 2.30GHz [105]
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M
Mac OS X 10.11.6

I've tried uninstalling MFC on the Windows partition, resetting PRAM, and have reset SMC twice; each time, the Mag Safe power charge indicator changed color as per Apple's instructions.
Since it worked fine in Windows 10, I'm not concerned about all my sensors being dead, but I'd like to be able to use the app under Mac OS X occasionally.
Thank you
