Need help setting up

Hi,
Maybe something I did was wrong but the fan on my Sierra/iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011 is set to auto via Macs Fan Control software. And it is still running like crazy but the computer is NOT hot. I am not sure what to do with the option for control setting and what temps to set those to. Need help if possible.
